Terms & Conditions

Eventigo is a platform that lists wedding and event venues and connects you with their owners. We do not own, operate or rent out any venue.

The final contract is between you and the venue directly, not between you and Eventigo. Our role is to present the information and pass on the request.

Prices, packages and services shown on the platform come from the venue owners themselves. We do not add commission on top of the price the owner sets.

We do what we can to keep prices current, but the venue owner is responsible for their accuracy. If you find a difference between the listed price and what the venue quotes, tell us and we will follow it up.

Listings show what is included in the basic price and what costs extra. Read the package and add-on details carefully before sending a request.

A booking request is not a confirmed booking. When you send a request, we check the date with the venue and come back to you within 24 hours.

After that:

• If the date is available, you have 8 hours to pay the deposit to hold it.
• If you do not pay within that window, the date becomes available to others again.
• If the date is not available, we will offer you alternatives, or you can walk away with no obligation.

By sending a booking request, you agree that we pass your details to the venue you selected so it can respond to you.

Eventigo does not take any money from you. All payment happens directly between you and the venue. The platform displays the required deposit so you know it up front, but we are not a party to the payment itself.

Deposit terms — the amount, and whether it is refundable — are set by the venue and shown on its page. Review them before paying.

Any dispute about money paid is between you and the venue. We are willing to help with communication, but we are not responsible for refunding any amount.

We are responsible for running the platform and presenting the information venue owners give us. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of service, catering or organisation at the venue
• A venue breaching any agreement with you
• A venue cancelling your booking or changing your date
• Any loss resulting from incorrect information supplied by a venue owner

This is not an attempt to avoid responsibility — it is an accurate description of our role. If a venue on the platform behaves badly, tell us, and if it is substantiated we will remove it.

If you list your venue with us, you undertake to:

• List real, current prices, and honour the listed price for any customer who comes from the platform
• Use real photographs of your venue that you own or are licensed to use
• Respond to booking requests within a reasonable time
• Disclose any additional charges before the booking, not after
• Treat customer data you receive as confidential and use it only to communicate about that booking

Listing is free and we take no commission on your price. If that ever changes, we will tell you well in advance.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any venue that breaches these terms.

You may not:

• Send fake or non-serious booking requests
• Use venue data for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to access parts of the site you are not authorised to
• Copy the site content or images for commercial use

We may amend these terms. Any material change will be announced and the last-updated date above will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of its courts.
